On average, Fayette County has 220 sunny days and less than two inches of snowfall per year. According to the Sperling’s Best Cities, the average U.S. city gets 26 inches of snow per year. Not us!

The July high is around 89 degrees. The January low is 32. With an average of 50 inches of rain per year, we have lots of greenery. With mild climates like ours, we are outside year-round.
